The Dominion Junction redesign plan expresses an alternative to the current complex vehicle and circulation movement accessways. Additionally, this project aims to integrate typologies that may otherwise question the current New Zealand housing model, by integrating large scale perimeter and courtyard style housing, and pushing traffic through accessible public mixed-use spaces. The space increases the yield of housing and commercial spaces substantially by utilizing sqm efficiently and rectified complicated traffic patterns.
